Nvidia Posts Record Revenue as Data-Center Demand Shows No Sign of Cooling
The chipmaker’s fiscal first-quarter sales topped $32 billion, with data-center revenue up 78% year-on-year as hyperscalers accelerate AI infrastructure buildouts.
Nvidia reported record quarterly revenue of $32.1 billion, beating analyst estimates and extending a streak of blowout results that has cemented the company’s place at the center of the AI buildout.
Data-center revenue rose 78% from a year earlier to $24.8 billion, driven by sustained demand from Microsoft, Meta, Amazon and Google for the company’s Blackwell-generation accelerators.
Chief Executive Jensen Huang told analysts the company is “sold out through the end of the fiscal year,” and said supply of next-generation chips will remain constrained into 2027.
Shares rose as much as 4% in late trading before paring gains. The stock is up more than 40% year-to-date and has added over $1.5 trillion in market capitalization since January.
