Bitcoin Climbs Past $67,000 as Spot ETF Inflows Return
BlackRock’s IBIT and Fidelity’s FBTC together drew more than $900 million in net inflows last week, reversing three weeks of outflows.
Bitcoin traded above $67,000 for the first time in six weeks, buoyed by a return of inflows into U.S. spot exchange-traded funds.
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust and Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund together absorbed more than $900 million in net subscriptions over the past five trading days, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
The moves come ahead of a Fed decision on Wednesday that investors expect to leave rates unchanged but could shift the outlook for later in the year.
